I been using this company for years. They are the most friendliest people to work with. They serve with excellence and they do a great job. My glass outdoor table broke they came immediately to replace the glass. My China cabinet glass broke they took extra special care of replacing it. And I had three framed extra large mirror’s replaced . I Highly recommended this company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently had a difficult installation of a very large thermopane window ( 9 ft x 6 ft. -20 ft off the ground) done by South Shore Glass. I was very impressed by the professionalism and meticulous workmanship of the installers. They carefully removed the wooden moldings before the installation without damaging them ( and were able to replace them to my satisfaction) They assembled a 20 ft scaffold outside my home, removed the damaged window intact and replaced the new window , vacuumed any debris inside the house, and completed the job in about 2 hours, leaving no trace the they were there. The office staff were very professional, answering my extensive questions to my satisfaction. They scheduled the installation within 2 weeks on my time line , provided me with an insurance certificate, and arrived promptly at the agreed time. And BTW they were 40% less than 2 other local estimates .You dont usually see this quality workmanship and professionalism these days!

I was searching for an obscure replacement part for my shower doors. I stopped in here by chance. The folks told me how to get the exact information they needed to attempt to track it down - and then they tracked it down for me! Their courteous help was outstanding; I know it wasn't a money-maker for them. But that's the first place I'll go when I need their other services.

The quality of work is fine, but the office manager is rude and unprofessional. A few seconds after issuing a receipt stating that the amount due for a job was paid in full, she claimed that the bill had been underpaid and that more was due. When I requested to see the video that recorded her receiving and counting the cash at the counter (something she actually suggested), she took a major attitude and acted like she was the victim. I wasn't sure if she was trying to scam me or if she was nuts. My experience speaking with a rep at the main office in NJ was also negative. No apology was offered. Instead, I was told that since the video recording my interaction did not have any audio, my account of the event could not be verified and that she did not believe me. The rep then implied I was trying to extort money from this business by complaining about the office manager's behavior.
